The specialist will assist with security program administration, classified information accountability, access records, collaboration tools, and analytical support. This opportunity is contingent upon contract award and required government access approvals.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nMaintain program guidance, reference materials, records, and SharePoint content so information remains current, organized, and aligned with governing requirements.\n\nSupport program access requests, briefing and debriefing coordination, and accurate personnel access records.\n\nReview program correspondence for proper classification markings and assist with controlled message preparation and processing.\n\nAssist with classified material inventories, authorized storage and disposition, and periodic reviews of electronic repositories.\n\nSupport security incident reporting and follow-up in coordination with authorized government personnel.\n\nCoordinate with government stakeholders on program procedures and prepare accurate written products and status updates.\n\nProvide analytical and planning support for special operations requirements and coordinate training requests and qualification records.\n\nPerform assigned facility security duties, including visitor escort, security checks, and securing designated work areas.\n\nRequired qualifications\n\nTop Secret clearance at the start of performance and the ability to obtain and maintain required SCI and program-specific access approvals.\n\nProficiency with SharePoint at the start of the assignment, sufficient to maintain program content and support collaboration.\n\nUser-level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat.\n\nClear verbal and written communication skills and the ability to enter and maintain accurate data across multiple databases.\n\nKnowledge and skills sufficient to perform security program administration, classified document control, and analytical support duties.\n\nAbility to work onsite in Coronado, CA and safeguard government information, equipment, and property.\n\nPreferred experience\n\nExperience supporting ACCM or comparable classified programs; Navy or special operations headquarters support; personnel access administration; classified message handling; and operational planning or analysis.\n\nWork schedule and travel\n\nGeneral government duty hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; the specific schedule will be coordinated with the government. Travel may be required when authorized. Anticipated start date - Between 30 September and 30 October 2026\n\nEmployment is contingent upon contract award, customer approval, clearance verification, and satisfaction of all position requirements.\n\nAnticipated compensation: Commensurate with experience, qualifications, and security-clearance status, and consistent with applicable Service Contract Act wage-determination requirements.
