Kratos has an opportunity for a Lead Financial EVMS Analyst in Colorado Springs, CO to fulfill the following responsibilities:Support EVMS implementation and reporting to ensure program cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met.Develop, analyze, and present financial forecasts, budgets, and variance reports.Partner with program managers and engineering teams to provide actionable insights.Ensure compliance with government and industry standards for EVMS reporting.Experience And SkillsBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.7-10 years industry experienceMaster knowledge of COBRA EVMS Software / Acumen Fuse Software.System Ownership & Compliance: Act as the primary custodian of the System Description Documentation (SDD), ensuring it meets all 32 EIA-748 guidelines. Experience with Acumen Fuse / Finance.Lead the organization through DCMA Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR) and Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR).Preferred Skills And ResponsibilitiesExperience with DoD or Aerospace programs.Familiarity with IMP/IMS/Finance integration and contract deliverables.Ability to lead finance teams and mentor junior schedulersThe grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
