This role uses GIS analysis, financial modeling, construction estimating, and market research to guide investment decisions and drive broadband growth.\nWhat You'll Do\nEvaluate fiber expansion opportunities including subdivisions, neighborhoods, municipalities, MDUs, and commercial developments.\nAnalyze GIS, parcel, and customer data to identify growth opportunities.\nEstimate construction requirements, material quantities, and project costs.\nDevelop financial models to assess Cost per Passing (CPP), ROI, and project viability.\nCreate data-driven business cases and present recommendations to leadership.\nLead planning review meetings and prioritize future construction projects.\nCollaborate with Engineering, Construction, Finance, Sales, and Operations teams.\nMaintain forecasting, reporting, and capital planning metrics.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, GIS, Planning, Business, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.\n3+ years of experience in telecommunications planning, fiber deployment, OSP engineering, GIS, or network design.\nProficiency with GIS software such as ArcGIS or QGIS.\nAdvanced Excel and financial modeling skills.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and presentation abilities.\nExperience with FTTH planning and fiber construction estimating preferred.\nWhy Join All West?\nAt All West Communications, you'll help shape the future of broadband connectivity while working with a collaborative team committed to expanding high-speed fiber services throughout the communities we serve.
