This role involves implementing data quality initiatives within the Medalion Architecture, assisting in data quality monitoring, and contributing to the development of data quality standards for each layer of the Medallion Architecture (currently in Bronze stage).\nRequired Experience (7+ years):\nExperience and expertise in Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).\nExperience and expertise in Experience with Informatica CDGC.\nExperience defining data quality rules for Medallion Architecture and steps for each layer - Bronze, Silver, Gold.\nExperience in building data domains from scratch, including the design and implementation of data quality rules tailored to a specific business area.\nExperience in an enterprise or cross-functional role related to data quality.\nExperience in data quality management, including issue tracking and reporting.\nExperience in participating in data quality working groups or similar forums.\nExperience applying knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices.\nExperience demonstrating strong analytical skills with knowledge of data quality issues and processes.\nExperience demonstrating solid written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey data quality concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nExperience demonstrating the ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive data quality initiatives.\nExperience demonstrating excellent collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional settings\nResponsibilities:\nImplements data quality standards, controls, and metrics for monitoring Critical Data Elements across the organization.\nDevelops and updates data quality dashboards to identify and report on data quality gaps and issues.\nAssists in managing the data quality issue management process, including tracking and monitoring issues.\nUtilises Informatica Data Quality to support the establishment and maintenance of data quality rules.\nParticipates in root cause analysis of data quality issues and assists in designing remediation plans.\nTracks remediation efforts and collaborates with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.\nCoordinates with data stewards and other stakeholders to support data quality-related activities and cross-domain data quality standards.\nParticipates in data quality working groups, contributing to the design and tracking of remediation plans.\nAssists in the creation and maintenance of data policies and procedures related to data quality.\nSupports the development and measurement of performance metrics to assess adherence to data quality standards.\nOther related duties as assigned.\nRequired Education:\nA bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.\nPreferred Certification and Education:\nCertification in data management, data quality, or data governance.\nMaster's Degree in a Quantitative Field.\nSoft Skills:\nStrong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional IT and business teams.\nAbility to translate complex technical concepts into practical business solutions.\nProven leadership in troubleshooting, innovation, and continuous improvement.\nHigh attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.\nABOUT ISHIR\nISHIR is a digital innovation and enterprise AI services provider.
