All qualified candidates must live and work in Denver on site 3 days per week in office and be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship or transfer.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within defined scope and timeline.\r\nDevelop and manage program schedules, identify risks, and clearly communicate goals to project stakeholders.\r\nMonitor and report on program status regularly to ensure project deliverables are on time and within budget.\r\nConduct quality checks to ensure the customer experience is not interrupted.\r\nReview large Excel data files and analyze fallout results while working with required groups for immediate resolution.\r\nCommunicate regularly with senior management regarding the status of specific projects, blockers, and issues.\r\nManage Walk-On stakeholder relationships and requirements through bi-weekly management meetings.\r\nIdentify and escalation potential issues or risks that could affect the successful delivery of the project.\r\nRequirements\r\nCandidates must have strong technical program management experience, proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups, and the ability to use data analysis to support timely project decisions and issue resolution. Candidates must have the following:\r\nMinimum of 5-8 years program or project management experience in technology focused environments.\r\nStrong problem-solving ability and comfort working through ambiguity across multiple cross functional teams.\r\nAbility to analyze large data sets daily and translate findings into clear action items for resolution.\r\nStrong senior stakeholder communication skills, including the ability to clearly report status, blockers, and risks.\r\nExperience managing stakeholder relationships and requirements through recurring management meetings.\r\nExperience with software development methodologies.\r\nHigh proficiency with Excel is required, including VLOOKUPs, large data set filters, and adding fields for analysis.\r\nProficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.\r\nExperience with JIRA, SharePoint, and Tableau reporting.\r\nTelecom industry experience is required.\r\nAgent OS or SCOPE experience for account review is a plus.\r\nEducation & Certifications\r\nBachelor's degree is required in Business, Computer Science, or a similar quantitative focused field of study.\r\nPMP, PMI or equivalent program/project certification is preferred.\r\nCompensation\r\nCompensation\r\nSand Cherry Associates is required by Colorado law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range considers a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a consulting engagement with an expected annual salary of $115,000-135,000.
