This role plays a critical part in bridging engineering design and production execution, with a strong focus on maximizing throughput, efficiency, and quality.The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in high-speed PCBA assembly, with a strong emphasis on the Fuji platform, and will serve as the subject matter expert for SMT programming and process optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Development: Develop and maintain high-accuracy SMT placement programs for complex, high-density PCB assemblies. Fuji Platform Management: Utilize Fuji NEXIM software for part library management, feeder setup, and line balancing across SMT lines. Process Optimization: Analyze machine cycle times and implement improvements to drive higher efficiency and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Library Maintenance: Create, validate, and maintain component libraries, including new part shapes and packages within NEXIM. Troubleshooting & Support: Provide advanced technical support for placement errors, vision system issues, and machine calibration challenges. Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed setup sheets, feeder maps, and work instructions to support production teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to ensure seamless new product introductions (NPI) and ongoing process improvements.
