Jingle Bell Run Event Committee Member - Bellingham, WA

The Arthritis Foundation is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to serve on the Bellingham Jingle Bell Run Event Committee and help bring one of the season's most festive and impactful events to life.The Jingle Bell Run is the original holiday-themed charity race, where participants wear festive attire, tie jingle bells to their shoes, and come together to support individuals and families living with arthritis.Committee members play an important role in helping the event achieve its fundraising, awareness, and community engagement goals.Volunteer Responsibilities:Attend committee meetings and planning sessionsRecruit participants, teams, and volunteersAssist with sponsorship and donation outreachPromote the event through social media and community connectionsShare the Arthritis Foundation mission within the communitySupport event planning efforts leading up to race dayIdeal CandidatesWe welcome volunteers who:Are passionate about community serviceEnjoy building relationships and connecting peopleHave experience in fundraising, marketing, event planning, or community outreach (not required)Can commit several hours each month through DecemberWhy Volunteer?Make a meaningful impact in your communityGain nonprofit and event leadership experienceMeet new people and grow your networkHelp advance the fight against arthritisAdditional volunteer and event-day opportunities are available.
