But what truly sets us apart is our culture — relentless about results, grounded in transparency, and driven by compassion for the mission and the people it serves.If you’re motivated by impact, inspired by technical depth, and ready to build AI that performs where it matters most — you’ll find your mission here.Role: Senior Solutions ArchitectWhat you will be doing:Customer Engagement: Communicate effectively with Technical Points of Contact (TPOCs), building trust and acting as a technical advisor to guide customers toward achieving their mission-critical objectivesPre-Sales Support: Partner with Account Executives to deliver compelling product demonstrations, respond to RFPs, and craft technical responses to customer inquiriesTechnical Strategy Development: Define long-term technical strategies for customer engagements, ensuring scalability and alignment with organizational goalsStakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between customer stakeholders and internal teams, translating business needs into technical requirementsArchitecture Design and Review: Develop and review technical architectures that align with customer requirements and industry best practicesTechnical Risk Management: Identify technical risks in customer engagements and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful project deliveryCross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to create technical collateral and align customer feedback with product roadmapsWhat we are Looking for:DoD SECRET ClearanceMinimum of 10 years of experience in supporting the Department of Defense Proven technical proficiency in data science, data engineering, AI/ML solutions, cloud platforms, and or systems integrationExcellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical solutionsDemonstrated thought leadership, strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to work independentlyWhat are our Preferred requirements:Prior Land, Sea, Air Maintenance experienceHands-on experience in Readiness domains like Predictive Maintenance, Munitions Storage Planning, and or Supply Chain ManagementFamiliarity with risk management frameworks, cloud service providers, and large-scale AI architecturesKnowledge of the unique requirements of DoD and IC environmentsDoD TOP SECRET ClearanceWhat are some Valued skills:Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challengesStrong collaboration skills to work across teams and organizational levelsAbility to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment while meeting deadlinesWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
