The Environmental Test Technician I supports execution of environmental testing activities including thermal vacuum, vibration, shock, and acoustic testing. This role operates under general supervision while performing test setup, execution, and documentation. The Technician I is expected to have foundational hands-on experience and the ability to execute standard tests with guidance, while continuing to build technical depth and troubleshooting capability. This position plays a critical role in ensuring product integrity, safety, and compliance with aerospace and regulatory standards.\n\n_*MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION*_\n\n* *1 Year of Electrical - Mechanical Experience*\n* Basic computer skills\n* Must be able to document findings, send emails, pull work orders, etc.\n* Physical Requirements: basic lifting, bending, etc – 25 pounds/Standing for entirety of shift.\n* Work Environment: close to a clean room and temp controlled – PPE is worn – booties over tennis shoes, hair and beard guards, safety glasses.\n\nPreferred Requirements:\n\n* Overhead Crane or heavy equipment operation – power pallet jack, forklift, etc. Overhead Cranes are used to move a lot of parts around.\n* Tell me how you handled a difficult coworker or manager (conflict resolution)\n* How quickly do you train and what is important to you when being trained (how quickly can they get up and going)\n* Tell us about your Aviation Avionics Experience\n\nJoin us if you’re eager to apply your electrical expertise in a vibrant environment that values innovation!
