This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career scientists looking to gain hands-on industry laboratory experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong scientific foundation, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented laboratory setting. ResponsibilitiesPerform routine testing and analysis of raw materials using established analytical methodsOperate and maintain laboratory instrumentation and equipmentPrepare standards, reagents, solvents, and samples for testingAnalyze and interpret laboratory data and document results accuratelyPerform routine calibration and quality control checks on laboratory equipmentSupport laboratory investigations, troubleshooting, and method improvement activitiesMaintain accurate laboratory documentation and reportsFollow laboratory safety procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety standardsAssist with laboratory organization, inventory, and general lab support activitiesCollaborate with laboratory staff and management to support operational goalsSupport special projects and additional laboratory activities as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Physics, or related scientific field requiredEntry-level candidates and recent graduates encouraged to applyPrior laboratory, QC, or analytical chemistry experience is a plus but not requiredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to follow SOPs and work in a structured laboratory environmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced settingPreferred Experience Experience with analytical instrumentation or techniques such as:ChromatographySpectroscopyMass spectrometryWet chemistry testingLaboratory quality systemsAdditional InformationCandidates ranging from recent graduates to experienced analytical chemists will be consideredPotential future opportunities may include off-shift or overnight schedules depending on business needsImmediate hiring need INDBH
