As a Senior Software Developer, you will be an integral part of forming and executing the design, implementation, and culture of delivery for our projects.\nWhat you will do:\nCollaborate with team members on building, testing, and releasing functionality to clients.\nAid clients to elicit and clarify application requirements.\nParticipate in and lead daily team activities and ceremonies.\nQuickly ramp up on new technologies and client-specific domains.\nDirect Agile technical delivery activities and provide peer level mentorship.\nOversee operationalizing, monitoring, and maintaining distributed systems.\nSupport additional internal company needs as necessary.\nWho you are:\nA U.S. citizen (This does not include green card and work visa sponsorship.)\nBased in the U.S.\nA self-starter who thrives in a remote-first culture.\nA strong collaborator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nThoughtful, adaptable, and able to succeed in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.\nWhat you have:\nA Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in Object-oriented Programming using Java.\n5+ years of experience implementing modern web applications using React and Typescript.\n5+ years working in Cloud-native Architecture.\nExperience working in a fast-paced, team environment, collaborating with designers, business analysts, back-end developers, and others.\nWe would love to see:\nFamiliarity with Container Technologies and Configuration Management/Automation Technologies such as Cloud Formation, Terraform, Ansible, etc.\nExperience with Agile practices such as Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, and Pair Programming.\nFamiliarity with functional testing using tools such as Cypress and Test Cafe.\nExperience implementing accessible user interfaces that are Section 508 compliant.\nWhat we offer:\n100% remote work (Work from anywhere in the U.S.)\n100% paid medical, dental, and vision premiums and a $500 annual HSA deposit.\n401(k) match (4% of annual base salary.)\n15 days of paid time off and 11 paid company holidays.\n$1,500 annual professional development reimbursement (You love your craft?
