Job Summary The Unique Design Solutions Sales Manager will be responsible for the overall sales function of the UDS product line. This will include managing existing sales personnel including independent sales reps, maintaining existing business, opening new locations, generating leads, sample distribution, display maintenance, increasing customer orders, and developing customer relationships. This territory covers all of the US and travel is expected 50% of the time. Manage CRM and the sales teams CRM to ensure proper activity in all markets. Have a definitive list of KPI’s to manage sales teams by. Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with current customers that lead to increased sales and revenue Responsible for identifying and prospecting for new distribution points, and customers Work closely with customers, interior designers, contractors, and builders to develop sales strategies Provide insight into market trends and product ideas. Prepare sales projects and prospecting activity reports for monthly meetings Compile dealer's sales data, interpret buying cycles, share results with production to efficiently plan weekly and monthly production plans Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed Requirements Experience within the tile or flooring industry is mandatory and prior relationships are needed for success in this role. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, training, and education Three+ years related experience managing a regional territory Excellent communication skills Valid driver’s license Ability to travel up to 50% of the time required Dependable transportation Preferences Must be based within or near Phoenix, AZ, this is not a remote position. Experience within the tile or flooring industry Previous experience within a CRM platform.
