Skilled Machinist - 1st or 3rd shift

Job Summary Crispin Valve has immediate openings for experienced Machinists to produce precision parts and components. This position involves setting up and operating manual or CNC machinery while maintaining top-tier quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate manual or CNC machines efficiently Produce quality parts according to blueprints and job specifications Maintain accurate production and quality logs Perform routine machine maintenance and monitor tool performance Ensure a clean and safe working environment Collaborate with team members and support other duties as needed Machine Types You'll Work With Manual Machines: Various lathes and mills CNC Machines: Doosan, Mazak, Haas, and Mitsubishi Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a machine shop Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints Familiarity with manual or CNC machine operation Attention to detail, quality, and efficiency Strong work ethic and reliability Schedule Options Day Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM or Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Night Shift: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM Benefits Competitive pay Paid holidays & PTO Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Company-paid life and disability insurance Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Work Location: In person
