This role partners with initiative owners,business leaders, and execution teams to ensure project structures, milestones, risks, andinterdependencies are proactively managed and transparently reported. Through disciplined executionpractices and stakeholder alignment, the Senior Project Manager ensures initiatives are delivered ontime, on scope, and with sustained impact.PMP - Highly DesiredEssential Functions• Lead the development, integration, and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and workstreams across multiple strategic initiatives• Monitor and manage project milestones, risks, and issues, ensuring visibility and timely escalation to senior stakeholders• Apply standardized project management tools, templates, and frameworks to drive consistency, governance alignment, and disciplined execution across initiatives.• Oversee the creation and maintenance of centralized documentation, including status reports, decision logs, risk registers, and project health indicators• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including planning agendas, capturing outcomes, and following up on critical actions.• Partner with program and portfolio leaders to align initiative progress with enterprise reporting and governance expectations• Prepare and deliver updates, dashboards, and summaries for senior leaders and project governance forums• Manage consulting partners and external vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration and adherence to project goals.• Identify and coordinate cross-functional interdependencies, ensuring alignment and continuity across workstreams• Recommend and implement improvements to project practices, tools, and workflows to enhance delivery efficiency.• Ensure seamless data integration, process alignment, and system transitions.• Establish and oversee project governance frameworks, including status reporting, risk mitigation, and communication plans.• Ensure consistency in project management methodologies and leverage best practices for integration, execution, and change management.• Serve as a trusted execution advisor across the initiative landscape, reinforcing project health and accountability• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional growth.• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the project management function.• Travel requirement is approximately 25%• Perform other duties as assignedSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.4 Year / bachelor’s degreein Project Management, Business Administration,Information Technology, or a related field. Or acombination of relevant experience and education. 5 years of project management experience, with a trackrecord of leading large-scale, cross-functionalinitiates or supporting enterprise programs.Experience in a PMO, enterprisestrategy/execution or similarly dynamic, matrixedenvironment is highly preferred.
