Our loyal customers come back to us time and time again throughout their lives; creating customers for life and repeat business cycles.Safety is always top of mind at Greg Hubler Automotive and we want you to know that we are working hard to protect our team members and our guests with safety measures in line with CDC guidelines.Job ResponsibilitiesRespond to internet sales leads by phone, text message, and emailContact and communicate with customers to identify needs and wants in a vehicle purchaseBooks appointments based on customer wants, inventory, and sales associate's availabilityMaintain and build customer relationships through thorough follow- upExpected to make a minimum of 75 outbound calls per dayCultivate a strong, working relationship between the Sales and BDC DepartmentsTrain sales staff in the proper usage of the CRMMonitor conversion rates and ensure we're at, or above, industry standardsMaintain working knowledge of all dealership products and servicesJob RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED EquivalentMaintain a clean driving record & valid driver's license Ability to work Saturdays and Evenings Call center experience a plusAutomotive experience a plusMust be self driven and motivated to continuously learn and achieve resultsExcellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills Maintain knowledge of current trends and news in the automotive industry Strong negotiation and customer service skillsReports to: BDC Director
