The pools are a high volume dining outlet. The Pool Bartender is responsible for delivering the highest caliber of luxury service to guests in an upbeat, lively environment. Creates a professional atmosphere that is inviting for guests, promoting and enhancing the offerings of a wide range of quality beers on tap, wines, and other spirits, as well as menu items. The Bartender must have an exceptional working knowledge of alcoholic beverage offerings and the ability to create drinks according to guests’ requests. Requires an approachable, congenial, engaging personality and the ability to relate and converse with all types of people. Monitors consumption of guests and follows TIPs protocols to ensure a safe environment. Works cohesively with the food and beverage team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.\n\nSTANDARD SPECIFICATIONS:\n\nRequirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills and/or abilities.
