Department: Phlebotomy Services. Location: Winston Salem campus. EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:High school graduate or equivalent. Two-years of age-appropriate phlebotomy experience preferred. CPR Certification. LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, and/or REGISTRATION:ASCP, AMT, ASPT or equivalent certification from an accredited Phlebotomy training program that includes successful completion of a certification exam with passing scores.
