Job Details Job Title: Coordinator IILocation: Ashland, VA 23005 (On-site)Duration: 6 Months (Temp to Hire)Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)Role Overview:Your job will be to review, analyze, process, and document parts requests. You will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure accurate parts delivery according to company standards in a heavy call-volume environment.Key Responsibilities:Order Processing: Process customer Purchase Orders (POs), manage returns paperwork, and Issue credits/debits.Parts Research: Research inquiries for replacement, foreign, obsolete, inactive, and external vendor parts.Customer Support: Resolve customer inquiries via phone and email while handling a high volume of calls.Quoting & Invoicing: Provide prompt and accurate material quotes to internal and external customers.Problem Solving: Identify and resolve order discrepancies quickly.Special Projects: Lead special assignments and other administrative duties as assigned.Qualifications/Skills:Education: High School Diploma or GED required.Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience in a heavy call volume environment.Software Skills: Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and heavy Outlook.Technical Skills: Ability to read, interpret, and comprehend technical drawings and specifications.Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.Traits: Strong organization skills and high attention to detail.Elevator parts knowledge or 5+ years of elevator technical experience.
