Accountable for the accounting operations of the company, to include the production of financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's financial results and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\nGuide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures\nProtect assets by establishing, monitoring and enforcing internal controls\nPrepare budgets by establishing schedules, collecting, analyzing and consolidating financial data, recommends corporate strategies to accomplish this function.\nCoordinate budget, planning, forecasting and cost management processes to ensure alignment with the company's strategic plan and objectives\nProvide status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, analyzing and summarizing financial data; reporting information and trends to senior management.\nResponsible for all aspects of Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Fixed Asset Reporting and Control, Cost Accounting, Internal and External Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Controls, Tax and Audit\nEnsure healthy cash flow through driving net working capital and monitoring net liquidity. Ensures effective management of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.\nLead tax compliance and planning\nDesign, implement, and maintain oversight of financial policy and procedures\nOther duties as assigned\nKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:\nMinimum ten years of relevant accounting/financial management experience\nKnowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles, federal and state financial regulations, ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
