The position leads high-visibility initiatives from conception through delivery, ensuring alignment with leadership priorities and business value realization. This role provides critical governance and decision-making frameworks to accelerate leadership insights and action.ResponsibilitiesLead special growth initiatives and develop cross-functional programs with clear scopes, roadmaps, milestones, and KPIsManage cross-functional programs end-to-end, identifying tradeoffs and dependencies while guiding executive recommendationsEstablish and operate governance models to facilitate faster, informed leadership decisionsDevelop strategic external partnerships to enhance product reach and customer valueCoordinate post-integration governance for acquisitions, defining priorities and success measuresProvide business requirements to support the technical development of AI-led operational workflowsCreate narratives, roadmaps, and decision frameworks to align leadership and drive actionRequirementsMBA with at least 6 years of relevant experience, or 8+ years of experience in similar program or operations leadership rolesProven experience shaping strategy and executing cross-functional programs with senior stakeholdersExpertise in building governance frameworks, decision models, and executive-level communicationsStrong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing materials for senior leadershipAbility to independently manage complex, matrixed initiatives with minimal oversightPreferred experience in strategy, management consulting, or business operations within SaaS or enterprise technologyFamiliarity with SaaS, enterprise software, technology partnerships, product strategy, and financial analysisExperience in Corporate Development, M&A, or Integration Management Office is advantageousPay Range and Compensation PackageStarting salary range of $173,400 to $231,800, excluding incentive compensation, equity, and benefitsIndividual compensation is based on location, market conditions, skills, experience, qualifications, and trainingBenefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) plan with matching; paid parental leave; disability coverage; and life insuranceBenefits & PerksMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401(k) plan with matching contributionsPaid parental leaveDisability insuranceLife insuranceEqual Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
