Interact with residents and families\n2. Assist with all non-care duties such as passing water, linens, gowns, making beds\n3. Engage residents on a one-to-one basis and in small and large groups\n4. Flexible and patient with residents\n5. Organize and lead activities\n6. Strives to implement new activities\n7. Assist transporting residents to and from activities and meals\n8. Assist in dining room by taking orders, clearing tables, and helping residents to and from dining room\n9. Prepare or bake snacks with residents and prepare snack cart\n10. Assist with transport of residents to and from all areas of the facility\n11. Work individually and as a team\n12. Deliver mail and newspapers to residents\n13. Lead exercise groups\n14. Help residents to look their best and help maintain dignity and respect\n15. Posting daily activity signs and handing out daily Chronicles\n16. Assist with all non-care duties such as passing water, linens, gowns, and making beds if time allows\n17. Perform activities as scheduled/assigned within your shift\n18.
