Check Out:\nCheck out the truck and ensure all cases are on the truck.\nCheck all fluid levels, oil, fuel, water, etc.\nMake no changes to any invoice.\nIf a change is necessary, it must be authorized by Branch Manager or sales manager then the correction must be neat and clear.\nThe driver’s number must be printed on all invoices.\nChain/Supermarket:\nAll invoices must be stored, stamped and signed.\nReceiver copy is a must for Chain Stores.\nProduct must be priced.\nProducts must be packed out on shelves, racks, displays and in coolers.\n\nAll Other Accounts:\nProduct needs to be placed where the customer would like it.\nPack out all coolers where needed.\nOnly accept checks made out to STAR DISTRIBUTORS, LLC.\nDate of delivery is on the check.\nAccept NO postdated checks.\nAccept NO third-party checks.\nDo not leave the product without being paid.\nReport any corrections for customers' names, address, town and phone number.\n\nCheck In:\n\nClean the cab of the truck.\nReturn undelivered product to the warehouse.\nClean out truck of all pallets, empties and garbage.\nCheck truck in before starting paperwork.\nHave all invoices (Cash, Charge & Returns) checked in with the company cashier. All cash and checks must balance with that day's load.\nThe driver is responsible for using the Test Pen to check for counterfeit bills.\nThe driver is responsible for all invoices being paid daily and must have a $0 balance.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS\n\nValid A or B CDL license\nMinimum one year of experience as a route driver\nClean driving record\nAbility to pass background and drug test\nStrong customer service skills\nMust possess a positive and professional attitude.\n\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY\n\nNo direct supports\n\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\n\nPortable\n\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\n\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk.
