With offices in Miami, Madrid, and Puerto Rico, we integrate international freight, inland transportation, and project logistics into a single streamlined platform.We support mission-critical projects with real-time visibility, precise execution, and reliable end-to-end coordination.Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Intern to join our team in Miami, FL (Brickell). This is a full-time, in-office position designed for individuals interested in beginning a career in logistics, transportation, and supply chain. The intern will learn and support key operational functions, including track-and-trace, carrier sales support, and pricing assistance.This role will provide hands-on exposure to the day-to-day operations of a fast-growing logistics company supporting the renewable energy and data center sectors.Key Responsibilities:Track and trace shipments, providing timely status updates to internal teams and customersSupport carrier sales team by identifying available carriers and assisting in negotiating ratesAssist in preparing pricing for transportation movements across modesCoordinate dispatching and scheduling activities alongside operations personnelCommunicate with carriers and drivers to confirm on-time pick-ups and deliveriesMonitor transit performance and proactively address service issuesMaintain accurate shipment information within TMS platformsSupport general administrative tasks and operations reportingQualifications:Interest in logistics, supply chain, or transportation operationsStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with technology systemsPositive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethicBilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not requiredCompensation:Hourly position: $17 per hourFull-time schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (in-office)What We Offer:Opportunity to work in a mission-driven company driving the clean energy transitionExposure to global supply chains and international marketsCareer growth in a dynamic and expanding global logistics firm
