Demand Planner

We are seeking an experienced Demand Planner to support our team during a leave coverage period. This role is critical to ensuring accurate demand forecasting, inventory planning, and cross-functional alignment in support of business goals.The ideal candidate brings strong analytical expertise, hands-on planning experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using advanced statistical and analytical techniquesAnalyze historical data, market trends, and business inputs to anticipate consumer demandCreate detailed product demand plans by category to drive forecast accuracy and profitabilityIntegrate data from multiple sources including sales, replenishment, promotions, and marketing plansSupport seasonal planning, stock management, and sales forecasting for upcoming product cyclesPartner cross-functionally with internal teams, including men’s and women’s business unitsIdentify demand patterns and apply appropriate forecasting methodologiesLeverage data-driven tools to validate and refine forecastsEnsure timely communication, reporting, and documentation of planning activitiesProvide guidance and support within the demand planning function as needed.Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planningAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong hands-on experience with forecasting and planning processesProven ability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights into actionable plansExcellent prioritization skills and ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience with SAP or similar planning systemsPrior experience with global consumer brandsBackground in apparel, footwear, or sporting goods industry.EducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field preferred (not required).
