Reporting to: General Manager/Hotel Manager
Summary of Position: The night auditor is responsible for running all overnight duties at the Front Desk, responding to guest needs, special requests, and complaints, and alerts the appropriate manager as needed, assists other departments as needed, and prepares end-of-day reports.
Responsibilities:
● Checking guests in and out of the hotel.
● Responding to guests' needs, requests, and complaints.
● Answering the phone and making reservations.
● Summarizing each night's operations and listing any follow-up tasks for management.
● Following End of Day procedures.
● Posts room charges and taxes to guest accounts.
● Posts room charges and taxes to guest accounts.
● Must have complete knowledge of emergency procedures.
● Balance the day’s charges, making corrections as necessary.
Requirements:
● Previous hotel-related experience desired.
● Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
● Prolonged periods sitting, standing and walking and frequently pulling, pushing, and bending.
● Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Reporting to: Hotel Manager/ General Manager
Summary of Position: A Hotel Front Desk Agent shall serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation.
Responsibilities:
● Process check-in/check-out and collect payments in compliance with cash handling, credit card processing and accounting policies and procedures.
● Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms.
● Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities.
● Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner.
● Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs.
● Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests.
● Anticipate and address guests' service needs.
● Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate.
● Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
● Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
● Maintains the cleanliness and neatness of the front desk area.
● Assists guests in the selection and preparation of specialty coffee beverages and the purchase of beverages, and prepared food, like cookies, pastries and muffins.
● Comply with health and safety regulations.
● Taking inventory and replenishing items in display areas.
