In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing revenue and gross margins within your assigned territory. You will develop new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers. This position reports directly to the Sales Manager and plays a key role in achieving company sales and profitability goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop an in-depth knowledge of Jackson Oil & Solvents products and effectively communicate their value to customers.Prospect, qualify, and actively call on new and existing accounts in accordance with company policies.Grow account revenue, profit, and margins while achieving or exceeding assigned sales targets.Create and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.Conduct regular meetings with customers and prospects to understand and support their evolving needs.Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.Submit expense reports with required documentation in a timely manner.Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and strong relationship-building skills.Collaborate with internal teams to support customer success and business objectives.Monitor delinquent accounts in coordination with the accounting department.Accurately document all sales activities in CRM systems within required timeframes.Provide consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and internal stakeholders.Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.Perform additional duties as assigned.Qualifications3–5 years of sales experience required.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.Proficiency in CRM systems and ability to leverage them effectively.Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insuranceCompany-paid basic life insuranceCompany-paid short-term disability coverage401(k) with company matchAdditional life insurance optionsWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryOpportunities for professional growth and developmentSupportive team environmentDisclaimerThis job description is not intended to be a complete list of all duties and responsibilities.
