Geskus Studios & Yearbook Publishing is New England’s fastest-growing photography studio specializing in school portraits.\nWe are currently looking to fill our Processing Manager position.\nWhy We Want You:\nYou have management experience.\nYou pay close attention to detail.\nYou are a fast learner.\nYou have an eye for photo quality.\nYou are highly motivated to succeed.\nYou have a strong work ethic.\nYou work well at a fast pace with tight deadlines.\nYou excel at being a working manager\nWhy Your Resume Stands Out:\nYou have previous data entry experience.\nYou have experience in Excel.\nYou have experience with Photoshop and images.\nYou work well with computers.\nYou have more than 1 year in management of multiple employees or departments.\nWhy You Want Us:\nFull-time salary position\nMonday through Friday work week\nWe offer paid training.\nCompetitive PTO package.\nPaid Holidays\nThis position does not require intense physical labor.\nNo degree required.\nDuties Include:\nManaging data, services and image processing departments.\nReviewing all processes done\nImplementing improvements, training and educational courses as needed\nWorking with other department managers and directors to achieve success\nCompleting all processing quality control checks.\nMaintaining and improving turnaround times.\nCross training employees in all departments.\nAssisting departments when needed in processes.\nHold weekly meetings with departments to ensure productivity.\nInterviewing and replacing staff as needed\n- Composing annual and bi- annual employee reviews\nCoordinating with director and production manager\nProviding weekly reports for the director.\n\nREQUIREMENTS\nPrior Management Experience\nIn person Only Position\n\nOur foundation is in school pictures and yearbook publishing, but our day-to-day is comprised of so much more.
