This role will support calling for equity from our investors, budget-to-actual analyses, cash flow forecasts, and performance metrics at both the project and portfolio level across various departments in the organization. Strong analytic and interpersonal skills, prioritizing collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive informed decision-making and supporting strategic financial initiatives.\nResponsibilities: Prepare and consolidate monthly capital calls to investors to ensure funding is received in a timely manner\nAssist teams with tracking costs and forecasting cashflows for projects that are in diligence phases\nTrack and monitor recurring variances, identifying trends and risk areas impacting forecast accuracy\nImprove financial workflows, modeling standards, and reporting processes to increase rigor, efficiency, and scalability\nPrepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to support efficient data management\nConduct ad hoc analyses related to strategic initiatives and capital investment decisions translating assumptions into clear financial impact and decision-ready insights\nTrack capital commitments and approvals\nTHE DETAILS: Location: Denver, Colorado\nBenefits: Healthcare, Dental Care, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Paid Leave Programs\nTravel: Occasional, less than 10%\nMust be eligible to work in the United States\nMust pass a comprehensive background screening\nMUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience\nAdvanced Excel skills\nWorks well with others from all levels of the org chart\nEffective communication with complicated topics\nExperience in cost accounting, auditing, or financial reporting\nCompensation Range: $83,740.00 - $93,280.00\nTHIS MIGHT BE RIGHT FOR YOU IF: You are a strong communicator, you are persuasive and clear, blending analytics with experience in decision-making.\nYou do not get flustered easily.
