Responsible for filing suspicious activity reports with regulatory agencies involving Pathward accounts and/or services, in accordance with bank procedures. This position requires the analyst to evaluate multiple banking product types, financial crime types, and systems.\n\nWhat You Will Do:\n\nAnalyzes and investigates customer and transactional data and activity to identify and confirm suspicious activity.\n\nFiles SARs & CTRs with regulatory agencies for activity that has been escalated by internal teams, external partners and third parties including Law Enforcement.\n\nMaintains service levels with workload in accordance to policies, procedures and compliance standards.\n\nAnswers inbound and outbound calls to provide servicing for monitoring strategies and customer inquiries.\n\nMaintains standards of Production, Quality and Leadership results for workstreams assigned.\n\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nWhat You Will Need:\n\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\n\nTypically requires less than one year of related experience.\n\nAttention to detail\n\nThe ability to manage daily workload\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nSelf Sufficient and well organized with support\n\nThe responsibilities listed above are not all inclusive and may be changed at any time.\n\nSalary range: $17.25 hourly – $28 hourly\n\nThe salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Ranges may be modified in the future.\nThis role is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity.
