Become part of our team and let’s lift each other to create what’s next.\nThe Senior Accountant role at PALFINGER North America is responsible for supporting accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and contributing to key accounting processes across month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities. This position plays a vital role in ensuring financial integrity and operational efficiency within a dynamic, international organization committed to collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.\n\nSupport the Financial Controller with day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting activities\n\nLead and participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes\n\nPrepare, review, and analyze financial statements including balance sheet and income statement accounts\n\nPerform intercompany and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data\n\nManage sales and use tax filings and support state and local tax audits as needed\n\nYour Qualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Accounting required\n\n5+ years of accounting experience with strong knowledge of GAAP\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong overall Microsoft Office skills\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy\n\nAbility to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment\n\nWhat We Offer\n\nCompetitive compensation.\n\n401(k) with Company match.\n\nMedical, dental, vision, life, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, and short- and long-term disability (depending upon state).
