{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"edb281c57c881e8a7ccd47cd","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/edb281c57c881e8a7ccd47cd","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/edb281c57c881e8a7ccd47cd","title":"Account Coordinator, B2C","description":"The Account Coordinator, B2C is an entry-level role that will perform specific tactical job functions through cross-functional management of multiple internal departments.\nWhat You Will Be Doing:\nProvide operational support to customers and value sales reps.\nCreate and manage items in customer systems.\nAssist with shipment bookings in customer portals.\nSecure images and title metadata from the publishers.\nSubmit title set-up forms to customers and input SKU information in the distribution system.\nAct as a customer support agent - communicate effectively with the ReaderLink team member who manages the clients through written and verbal communication to ensure that outstanding service is provided, meeting each request and deadline.\nSet up virtual bundles in the internal system and communicate those details to the customer.\nResponsible for submitting purchase orders, tracking and monitoring inbound shipments, processing promotional orders, and tracking placement reports.\nAdd titles to the internal system as needed.\nParticipate in customer-facing calls and advocate customer needs to internal teams.\nMonitor customer's online sites to ensure titles are available and all content is complete and accurate.\nWork closely with the account management team and support other internal departments to meet customer expectations.\nNeeds to be able to quickly assess a customer inquiry or account task, determine a solution or information needed, and own the process through completion and follow-up.\nProduce ad-hoc sales reports and stock-level information.\nExplicit dedication to the company, account team, and key retailers.\nDaily communication with ReaderLink's retail customers.\nPrimary liaison with ReaderLink Distribution Centers to coordinate the needed service/execution levels.\nProvide administrative/account support as needed.\nMust be able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and manage the needs of the DCs, Inventory, and account management team.\nOther duties may be assigned, directed, or requested.\nWhat You Will Need:\nHigh school diploma or general educational development (GED) diploma or certificate is required.\nBachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred.\nStrong to advanced experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.\nCreative thinker with strong analytical skills.\nProblem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively.\nSolid attention to detail and ability to multitask.\nTeam-oriented, hardworking, open-minded, and flexible.\nDetail-oriented, strong organizational skills, flexible, and efficient.\nMust be focused on continuous improvement and be self-motivated.\nAbility to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects/requests.\nFast learner, team player, and aggressive problem solver.\nMust have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.\nAbility to speak with all levels of the organization and outside partners.\nAbility to read and interpret documents such as instructions and procedure manuals.\nAbility to create and write reports.\nMust be proficient in basic mathematics: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.\nAbility to do algebra, calculate figures and amounts and apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.\nAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.\nAbility to solve problems including variables.\nThe work performed is in an office environment.\nThe noise level in the work environment is usually moderate at low decibels.\nMust be able to work in a fast-paced, team environment.\nEmployee is occasionally exposed to vibration and dust.\nSalary: $20.00/hour - $24.00/hour\nEmployee Benefits Include But Are Not Limited To:\nHealth Plans - Medical, Dental & Prescription\nFlexible Spending Accounts - Health & Dependent Care\nDisability, Life and Accident Insurance\nVacation Pay & Paid Holidays\n401(k) with Company Match\nAuthor Events\nPublisher-sponsored Book Club\nReaderLink is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
