Key responsibilities include managing various financial functions associated with business acquisition processes and program execution. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting both internal and external stakeholders.\n\nEssential Functions:\n\nResponsible for the financial functions associated with the business acquisition process (proposals) and program execution process (programs)\n\nEnsure all assigned invoices are processed and completed in a timely manner per the terms and conditions of the contract\n\nResponsible for financial customer interface and billing guidance to Contracts\n\nPerform required invoice and account receivable reconciliations to ensure billing accuracy\n\nSupport internal and external audits; actively participate in process improvement initiatives\n\nSupport cash application process through research and reconciliations\n\nQualifications:\n\nPursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Mathematics or related field\n\nPreferred Skills:\n\nProficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office\n\nExperience with SAP\n\nKnowledge of cost/schedule development, budgeting, financial analysis and reporting, financial modeling, corporate forecasting, and/or business acquisitions\n\nFamiliarity with Contract Compliance and Negotiation\n\nExpereince with customer/management reporting\n\nL3Harris Technologies is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
