This could be the role for you.\r\nResponsibilities include:\r\nOversee daily operations of the center\r\nFollow up on leads, schedule tours, and close deals\r\nWork with parents to define children's learning needs\r\nProvide center tours while maintaining awareness of students currently in the center\r\nEngage with children and families in the center\r\nEnsure that parents understand how their child is learning and progressing\r\nEngage and oversee coaches/tutors to ensure team needs are met\r\nFill-in for the team as a tutor when necessary\r\nRun off-site programs and camps\r\nEnsure the center is a fun and safe learning environment for our students\r\nUphold corporate standards with respect to center cleanliness & operational standards\r\nAbility to think on the fly and be perceptive to center dynamics\r\nReport weekly to the executive team on progress\r\nQualifications:\r\nAbility to think on the fly and be perceptive to center dynamics\r\nFlexible schedule\r\nFamiliarity with Microsoft suite, social media, and in general computer savvy\r\nMust be FUN to work with and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment\r\nStrong analytical and critical thinking skills\r\nProven work history with children ages 5 and up, and enthusiasm for working with kids\r\nKnowledge of business operations, sales, and team leadership\r\nDeadline and detail-oriented.
