Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Manager to oversee new and existing partnerships. This canidate will be supporting three offices and working in a team atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills , be a self-starter, and have a passion for delivering top-notch service.
Duties
- Schedule and hold meetings with our customers
- Support company and office initiatives
- Coordinate team schedules including trainings, events, and workshops
- Analyze customer service data to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
- Retain loyalty and grow market share
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer interactions
- Monitor sales metrics and implement strategies to boost sales through exceptional service
- Engage in social media and manage accounts
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service and sales
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
