This isn’t just a job, it’s a chance to drive infrastructure forward, power innovation and leave your mark on our energy future.In the role of Substation Electrical EIT/Design Coordinator, we'll count on you to:Perform assignments exercising judgment in evaluation, selection and modification of electrical engineering techniques and proceduresWork directly with owners to develop recommendationsReview electrical documents for areas of conflict with all disciplinesWrite/edit electrical specifications, select equipment and electrical devicesTake on contract administration responsibilities requiring field inspections and conflict resolutionMake decisions on significant design and engineering features as neededFunction as a Project Manager on small and mid-size projects as needed, but project management is not the principal focus of positionSupervise work of Electrical CAD Technicians and coordinate design of assigned projects with architectural staff and other engineering disciplines as neededPerform other duties as neededPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an Electrical emphasisEngineer in Training (EIT) certificate.
