Cash Operations Administrator - Atlanta

Your Role
As a Support Administrator, you will be responsible for organization and administrative tasks to support sales performance and bottom-line profitability with our Operations team. You will work on-site and you will report to the Senior Operations Manager.
What You'll Do
Complete cash and check reconciliation daily
Complete daily sales audits and reconcile cash office profile register drawer
Lead and support all bank deposits and banking needs
Manage red bags and media handling
Complete WHIRL inquiries as assigned
Support tax exempts and sales tax record needs
Support the marketing exceptions process
Support resolution of escalated customer credit inquiries and credit disputes
Provide backup to Sales Support Assistant and Service Concierge
What You Bring
Prior retail experience recommended
Experience in handling money and excellent customer service skills
Microsoft Office Suite skills
Certain roles may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds
Associates must be able to work a schedule which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
