Build a pipeline, complete with personal and professional contacts and new leads.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nObtain your required licenses/credentials within 150 days of hire.\n\nAttend and engage in licensing coaching, be accountable for making progress within the program’s licensing and appointment preparation timelines.\n\nAssist seasoned financial advisor(s) in working with clients to achieve their financial goals.\n\nServe as a key team practice member, creating and delivering a unique client experience that differentiates the practice.\n\nProvide support to clients and prospects by serving them holistically and/or specializing in products or services. Specialized responsibilities may include:\n\nDevelop and execute a robust marketing plan to achieve the practice’s client acquisition goals.\n\nIdentify clients to engage or re-engage in financial planning relationships.\n\nGather and analyze data and develop financial planning recommendations.\n\nHelp prepare and/or deliver financial plans and foster ongoing financial planning relationships with clients.\n\nBecome a product expert.
