This is a developmental role designed to provide exposure to both field and project management responsibilities, with mentorship from experienced leaders.\nYou will assist with:\nUnderstanding construction drawings, specifications, and overall project documentation\nSupporting the maintenance of submittal logs, RFIs, meeting minutes, and as‑built drawings\nReviewing and tracking shop drawings and submittals\nAssisting with procurement, subcontractor coordination, and identifying scope gaps\nSupporting change order pricing and documentation\nUtilizing project management software for tracking and reporting\nAssisting with project closeout and punch list processes\nUpholding OSHA and Beck safety standards on‑site\nCollaborating with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to support project success\nA strong candidate will: Be motivated to learn from experienced project managers and field leaders\nShow initiative in problem‑solving and taking ownership of tasks\nCommunicate effectively and work well in a team environment\nDemonstrate strong organization and time management skills\nHave a passion for construction and delivering high‑quality work\nBe interested in innovative delivery methods and continuous improvement\nBasic Qualifications 0–2 years of construction‑related experience or internship exposure\nPursuing or recently completed a degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent field experience)\nBasic understanding of construction documents is a plus\nFamiliarity with tools like Excel, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software is preferred but not required\nBeck’s Benefits At Beck our team member experience goes beyond your day‑to‑day work activities – we also want to support the rest of your life goals, milestones and challenges.
