Serves as a consultant to teachers and other staff regarding the development and implementation of speech and language services.\nPROGRAM MANAGEMENT\n1.1. Assists teachers in developing language curriculum and teaching strategies.\n1.2. Monitors classroom language programs by direct participation, observation and/or conferences.\n1.3. Serves as a resource for materials and methods.\n1.4. Attends IEP meetings.\n1.5. Collaborates with multidisciplinary team members.\n\nDIRECT SERVICE\n2.1. Provides speech/language evaluations.\n2.2. Develops and implements an individualized therapeutic program (part of the IEP) for each student receiving speech/language services.\n2.3. Provides individual/group/classroom speech/language therapy.\n2.4. Provides services in a variety of on and off campus settings.\n2.5. Provides consultative speech/language therapy.\n2.6. Maintains files on each student seen for speech/language therapy.\n2.7. Provides quarterly progress reports.\n\nOTHER\n3.1.
