This position will assist both the Women's & Men's Golf Teams in performing duties onsite at the Key Golf Studio. This position involves assisting the Women's & Men's Golf Coaches with the overall organization, administration and operations of the Key Golf Studio and practice facilities.ResponsibilitiesThe position responsibilities include:Oversee daily clubhouse operations, ensuring practice facilities are fully set up and ready for team use (range, short game area, putting green);Coordinate tee times, practice schedules, and facility usage to maximize efficiency and player development;Assist with tournament preparation, including travel logistics, packing lists and other items;Support recruiting visits by preparing facilities, coordinating schedules, and creating a high-level experience for prospective student-athletes;Work directly with coaching staff to execute daily practice plans and meet team operational needs;Partner with grounds maintenance team to ensure upkeep of facility;Ensure clubhouse, locker room, and facilities are consistently clean, organized, and aligned with program standards. Required QualificationsBachelor¿s degree in a related field. Acceptance into a CSU graduate program;Leadership skills: a proven track record of consistently modeling positive behaviors at all times;Follow-through skills, as well as the ability to plan, organize, and control projects through completion;Desire and ability to successfully recruit;Ability to handle and maintain confidential information;Ability to work effectively in a multifaceted environment and community;Playing golf at a NCAA Division I, II, III and/or NAIA School preferred, not required.
