In this role you will collaborate with cross\nfunctional teams to align on overall program deliverables and report on status and risks to ensure\nvisibility across teams.\n● Strategic Project Leadership: Drive the end-to-end design, development, release, and validation\nof Rivian Electric Power Conversion Electrical Hardware projects, demonstrating strong\nindependent judgment and indirect leadership.\n● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between the EPC electrical\nhardware team and cross-functional partners to align on overall program deliverables, providing\nclear status updates and proactively identifying and mitigating risks.\n● Detailed Timeline Management: Collaborate with the EPC electrical hardware team to establish\ncomprehensive high-level timelines and milestones, meticulously tracking critical release dates,\nMaterial Requirement Dates (MRDs), validation plans, and industrialization support.\n● In-House Development Oversight: Spearhead the development of in-house PCBA designs and\nassemblies, ensuring adherence to quality and performance standards.\n● Supply Chain and BOM Management: Take ownership of BOM release and component sourcing\nin collaboration with the supply chain team. Proactively track long-lead parts and tool order\nneeds, coordinating closely with the supply chain team on due dates and status throughout the\ndevelopment lifecycle.\n● Production Lifecycle Management: Lead engineering releases, manage prototype builds, and\noversee production start-up, ensuring prompt resolution of any build issues.
