Title:Associate Construction Project Manager.What you’ll doLeadconstruction administrationfor a GC: manage RFIs, submittals, budgets, schedules, subcontractor communications, and meeting agendas/minutes.Maintain accurate logs (RFI/Submittal), track due dates, and drive timely responses.Support3D modelingtasks to aid coordination and documentation.Operate withinProcoreandBluebeamto enforce document control and markups.Prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on action items with stakeholders.Role requirements3–5+ years in construction administration with a GC or CM, or architectural background focused on CA. (Architectural track welcomed.)Hands‑on expertise withRFIsandSubmittals(creating logs, routing, closing).Proficiency inProcoreandBluebeam ; comfort with 3D modeling workflows.Scheduling and cost tracking literacy (can read and update schedules and budget trackers).Strong written/spoken English; able to run vendor/subcontractor communication and meetings.Compensation & BenefitsCompensation:USD$2,000–$3,000per month (full-time contract).Benefits:Not disclosed; as a contractor engagement, statutory employee benefits may not apply.
