Safety Manager [JK-14903] (Broomfield)

A leading hospitality and resort organization is seeking a Safety Manager to strengthen enterprise health and safety performance across their nationwide locations. This role is based at their corporate office and partners closely with field operations to reduce risk in high‐hazard activities. This person will be tasked with owning and advancing critical safety programs while serving as a technical authority for complex safety challenges.Relocation Assistance is on offer for non-local candidatesThe Role:Manage and evolve enterprise health and safety strategy with a focus on high‐risk operations and continuous improvement.Own and provide technical oversight for safety programs such as hazardous energy control, electrical safety, fall protection, and confined space.Design and deliver technical safety training, including competency validation and ongoing refreshers for field teams.Implement and assess high‐risk safety programs across multiple locations to ensure consistent compliance and effectiveness.Partner cross‐functionally to develop practical tools, resources, and initiatives that strengthen overall EHS performance.The Candidate:A minimum of 3-5 years experience working in a H&S role under OSHA regulations - Open to IndustryBachelors Degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering or other related field (preferred)Strong understanding and experience with programs such as fall protection, confined space and electrical safetyBCSP certification - CSP, ASP, CHST (preferred)Strong communicator who can effectively engage key internal and external stakeholders across all business levelsBased near Broomfield, CO and able to travel to company locations nationwide as required (circa. 50%)
