Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are seeking a certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for outpatient Addiction Medicine in Espanola, NM, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus paid in increments at 30, 60, 90, and 120 days.Provide clinical assessments, diagnose, and manage patients seeking MAT for substance use disorders.Prescribe and monitor medications like buprenorphine and naltrexone, ensuring safety and adherence.Conduct comprehensive evaluations and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans.Educate patients, monitor progress, and adjust treatments as needed while maintaining accurate documentation.Ensure compliance with regulations, provide crisis intervention, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.Must hold an active license in NM, have at least 1 year of clinical experience (0.5 in addiction medicine preferred), and be comfortable administering injections.Full-time, clinic-based role in a supportive environment, offering competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for training in addiction treatment.
