{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"ed5b5ecfb9e33eb07a2077f2","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/ed5b5ecfb9e33eb07a2077f2","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/ed5b5ecfb9e33eb07a2077f2","title":"Implementation Analyst","description":"Are you ready to deliver customer focused solutions that are shaping the future of payments?\n\nThe Impact you'll have as an Implementation Analyst\n\nWe're looking for an Implementation Analyst to own and deliver a portfolio of client work items and to support Implementation Managers on larger client projects and programmes, particularly around configuring our platform, collaborating closely with internal teams and liaising externally with clients and third parties.\n\nThe implementation function at Thredd is responsible for delivering solutions to our customers from requirements definition, through build and integration, testing, go live and then handing over to support functions.\n\nWhat you'll be doing as an Implementation Analyst\n\nManaging and delivering a range of client work items, such as change requests and projects\nSupporting Implementation Managers in the delivery of larger projects\nEnsuring all documentation produced is of a high quality, is clear, concise and understood by internal and external stakeholders\nManaging client expectations around the delivery of work items throughout all stages of delivery\nCapturing detailed client requirements and ensuring they are documented, reviewed and approved\nConfiguring our platform in both test and production environments\n\nWhat you'll bring to the Implementation Analyst position\n\nTechnical background – This can be via a technical degree or experience in a technical or client-facing position\nUnderstanding and experience with APIs such as REST and SOAP\nStrong communication skills across different levels and with both external and internal stakeholders\nStrong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology\nExposure to project management would be desirable\n\nWhere you'll work\n\nOur working model varies depending on the specific role and team requirements.
