Prior experience with Toast POS systems is preferred, along with strong multitasking and time management abilities.\nResponsibilities\nTake accurate food and beverage orders from guests using POS systems\nServe food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality\nProvide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction\nHandle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area, bar, and dining space according to food safety standards\nRestock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service operations\nAssist in setting up banquet or catering events when required\nUphold food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times\nManage multiple tables or bar stations during busy periods with effective time management\nSkills\nProven experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus\nFamiliarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS\nStrong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously\nExcellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently\nBasic math skills for handling cash transactions, billing, and retail math calculations\nKnowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques\nAbility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required in a fast-paced environment\nExperience in serving, bartending, catering, or banquet settings is desirable\nGood communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively\nThis role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant hospitality environment where your skills can shine.
