This allows us to offer an international context, diverse challenges, and long-term career opportunities, while staying close to our teams.Who we want to meet:We are looking for a Freelance ServiceNow Engineer (Mid-Level) to support a strategic Proof of Concept in one of the world's leading companies in the travel technology and global distribution systems sector - a global reference for airlines, hotels, and travel agencies.About the project:You will be part of a ServiceNow PoC initiative focused on the implementation of service catalogues within an existing ServiceNow instance. The environment involves close coordination with the platform owner and multiple stakeholders, making communication and adaptability key. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a high-impact project in a complex, international tech ecosystem.Responsibilities:Translate existing service catalogues into ServiceNow structuresImplement and configure service catalogues within the ServiceNow platformTranslate business requirements into structured service catalogues as a starting pointCoordinate with the platform owner and internal stakeholders throughout the implementationRequirements:Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation and configurationSolid expertise in designing and managing Service Catalogue modulesAbility to bridge business requirements and ServiceNow technical solutionsExperience in PoC or greenfield ServiceNow environments is a plusStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsFluent English required; availability across CET ±3h time zonesFreelance profile — this is a contract-based engagementAre you looking for an environment that values curiosity and commitment?
