DESCRIPTION: Our client is looking for a Senior Director of Technology Services to lead our technology division into the next phase of rapid growth. Reporting to the VP of Restaurant Services, the Sr. Director of Technology Services will play a crucial role in oversight and leadership of technology strategy implementation and infrastructure for CRISP & GREEN, PURALIMA and our client's home office. Responsibilities include implementation, support, and management of all existing technology systems, with an immediate emphasis on technologies that create frictionless guest experiences and drive revenues. The Sr. Director will also serve as an influential leader in the selection, development, implementation, and maintenance of technology and restaurant operating systems. The successful candidate will blend a hands-on approach to current systems and challenges with the strategic vision needed to ensure our technology systems effectively support future growth. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, results-oriented leader with a drive to continually innovate and push business capabilities.POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Serve as a strategic partner to the Senior Leaders Team within the SBM organization, by proactively identifying opportunities for innovation, improvement, and growth• Direct the orderly and efficient capture, storage, processing, and dissemination of data and information• Optimize analytics platforms and dashboards to views to support key business drivers and department endeavors• Work closely with cross-functional departments to define the framework, development scope, and implementation strategy for the technology capabilities needed for national or local campaigns or initiatives• Manage and optimize technology platforms and the corresponding vendor relationships that support frictionless experiences for guests, partners, and our support system including website, app, curbside, delivery, e-gift cards, and integration platforms.• Identify and implement opportunities to advance vendor partnerships and technology platforms• Assemble, lead, mentor and motivate a successful, high-performing team, through role clarity and functional responsibilities, in pursuit of supporting standard restaurant IT systems, processes, operating procedures, and stability management• Perform risk assessment and implement strong cyber security protections• Maintain detailed knowledge and insight about the restaurant industry, technology trends, and has a complete understanding of end-user experience needs (Guests, Franchise Partner, and our Support System)• Develop, introduce, and maintain strategically benchmarked processes to ensure market competitiveness, an understanding of trends, and detailed knowledge of competitor products and processes• Conduct technical reviews of products and solutions to evaluate their applicability• Support all home office, corporate restaurant, and support center IT needsOTHER REQUIREMENTS:• 10-15+ years of technology leadership experience, preferably in the restaurant industry• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, BCIS, or related technical field, with additional technical certifications• Experience driving complex projects in a fast-paced environment• Experience with managing vendor relationships and compliance with contractual obligations • Experience working within a high growth start-up and/or ambiguous environment, with proven experience to be adaptable• Experience with data and analytics management (data warehouse, aggregators, APIs, and business intelligence (BI) platforms
