Develop, maintain, and integrate the GFC roadmap, ensuring alignment with contractual and program milestones. Manage the GFC backlog, product team dashboards, and coordinate with the release management team. Own and report GFC metrics (quantifiable back up data, velocity, predictability) for each sprint and planning iteration. Ensure successful cross-team alignment, integration, and execution, identifying and resolving dependencies. Articulate and brief statuses, issues, and recommended actions to senior leadership.What You'll Need Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline with 8 years of related experience, or a Master's with 6 years, or Ph.D. with 4 years. Active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Security Clearance. Extensive technical leadership and development experience with Missile Defense systems. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage efforts in an Agile and DevSecOps process model.
