Our team supports critical DoW initiatives through innovative program management, data-driven analysis, and mission-focused solutions.\r\nThe Program Management Analyst I provides analytical, technical, and administrative support to a multiple internal and external customers. This role supports acquisition planning, program execution, and operational oversight of government programs while ensuring compliance with DoW policies, acquisition regulations, and mission requirements.\r\nResponsibilitiesProgram & Acquisition Support\r\nAssist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring program activities\r\nSupport acquisition and procurement initiatives including documentation, requirements analysis, and program tracking.\r\nAssist in the preparation and review of acquisition documentation, program reports, and briefing materials for government leadership.\r\nProgram Analysis & Reporting\r\nTrack program performance metrics including cost, schedule, and performance indicators.\r\nConduct data analysis to support program reviews, operational assessments, and decision-making processes.\r\nPrepare reports, dashboards, and executive briefings for government stakeholders.\r\nMaintain program documentation repositories and configuration management records.\r\nStakeholder Coordination\r\nCoordinate with customer team members, contracting team, laboratory personnel, and external stakeholders.\r\nSupport program meetings, technical reviews, and acquisition milestones.\r\nAssist with program planning and execution activities across multiple stakeholders and organizations.\r\nCompliance & Process Support\r\nEnsure program activities comply with federal policies (FAR/DFAR).\r\nAssist with internal process improvement initiatives and program governance.\r\nSupport ad hoc program management tasks as assigned by Tech(x) leadership or government program managers. All other duties assigned.\r\nQualificationsExperience supporting federal contracts.\r\nFamiliarity with DoD acquisition lifecycle processes, program management frameworks, and government reporting requirements.\r\nExperience supporting DOW-related procurement or acquisition initiatives within a government or contractor environment.\r\nStrong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to interpret complex program data.\r\nAbility to prepare professional level program documentation, briefings, and analytical reports for leadership.\r\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).\r\nAbility to work in a collaborative, mission-focused environment with government stakeholders.\r\nDemonstrates professionalism, accountability, and a respectful demeanor.\r\nPreferred QualificationsExperience working in or supporting Army laboratory environments (RDT&E).\r\nProgram Management Plans (PMP)\r\nIntegrated Master Schedules (IMS)\r\nAcquisition Strategy Documents\r\nTest & Evaluation documentation\r\nExperience supporting software implementation, system configuration evaluation, or change management in a DoD environment.\r\nExperience coordinating multi-stakeholder enterprise initiatives across government and contractor organizations.\r\nFamiliarity with Army program offices at Aberdeen Proving Ground.\r\nClearance: Current DoW secret level Clearance.\r\nEducation & Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher degree in business, Finance or related field. 4-7 years of experience related to operations, projects and programs. 4 years of direct related experience can be substituted for a bachelor's degree.\r\nLocation: 210 Research Blvd., Aberdeen, MD.\r\nTravel: Some.\r\nJoin the Team: Tech(x) is a customer centric team, both external and internal customers.
